Temos – terrestrial traffic monitoring and prognosis toolIn regions in which it is not required or not technically possible to use aircraft-supported traffic surveillance, the system can also be applied terrestrially. The sensors (cameras etc.) are attached to traffic lights, street lighting or similar structures. Radio circuits from IQ wireless are used to connect the individual components.
After the traffic situation has been analyzed and calculations for a corresponding prognosis have been made the traffic routing systems (traffic lights, lane markings etc.) will be influenced accordingly.
