Limax as cascade
LiMAX is a radio transmission system for point-to-point or point-to-multi-point applications.
It is used for wireless transmission of broadband data across wide distances.
In order to transfer data a computer can be connected to the ethernet-interface supplied by LiMAX.
Due to the minimal power demand required by LiMAX it can also be powered with alternative energy sources such as wind and solar energy or fuel cells.
LiMAX is also used for FireWatch, our system for early detection of forest fires for communication between the camera system and the central office for forest fire alerts.
